We endeavor to process orders within 1-3 business days. Please note during sales events there may be a slight delay in processing your order.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of Heavenlynest control. Shipping delays can be a result of customs clearances, holiday periods, or the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for express delivery where possible. Heavenlynest is not responsible for shipping delays on orders and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or timeframes.
LOST PACKAGES
Heavenlynest offers tracking for all orders, however Heavenlynest does not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit or goods that have been delivered with a valid proof of delivery. If your package goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the package with USPS/DHL.
