Wednesday and Friday are our shipping days.

To best predict when your order will be shipped, please follow this rule of thumb:

• Orders placed Mon/Tue will ship Wednesday
• Orders placed Wed/Thur will ship Friday
• Orders placed Fri-Sun will ship Wednesday

Depending on the shipping speed you choose, orders will go out based on the ship days above (not the order date).

Shipping carriers may experience unexpected delays beyond our control, therefore we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes, but can only provide estimates.

Heavenlynest gladly offers exchange, store credit, or return on full-priced items within 7 days of your purchase accompanied by the original proof of receipt.

If 7 days days has passed since the date of your receipt, your purchase is no longer eligible for a refund. 

Returns presented without proof of receipt will not be accepted. 

Heavenlynest thoroughly inspects all exchange & return items as they are received. All returns must be shipped back in the condition received - undamaged, unworn, unwashed with tags, and original packaging. No exceptions.

Sale/Discount/Promotion (e.g. Black Friday Sale) are a FINAL SALE unless otherwise stated.
